Officers searched the Francisques’ home on Dixie Drive, where they observed Francisque taking three cardboard boxes out of his car and into the home, per court records.

The man later departed and when he was on his way back, officers stopped him on White and Escambia Drive for both the closeness to the address and for speed and driver infractions, per records.

According to court documents, officers searched the Dixie Drive residence shortly after and found that the boxes had 49 pounds of “high-grade cannabis.” There was also more than three pounds of “high-grade cannabis” in the kitchen area of the residence, along with items to bag the cannabis and a digital scale.

Francisque was then taken to the Leon County Detention Facility and was reportedly armed at the time of his arrest. Per court records, further probable cause prompted a search of a residence at Paul Russell Road, which was identified as Francisque’s second residence.

At the Paul Russell Road residence, officers found 331.8 grams of “high-grade cannabis” along with firearms, per records. They found paperwork belonging to Francisque within a box of ammunition, as well as an empty FedEx package addressed to Francisque at the Dixie Drive home.

Officers said in the affidavit that Francisque was a “catalyst” for drug trafficking in the area around Dixie Drive.
