TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – A Tallahassee man was sentenced to 20 years in federal prison after pleading guilty to the production of child pornography, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
Ryan Isbell, 36, previously pleaded guilty to the charges in September.

Court documents show that in 2020, the Tallahassee Police Department received reports that Isbell’s social media account contained child pornography.

Police found a minor victim whom Isbell exploited while executing an arrest warrant. Law enforcement searched Isbell’s phone and computer, confirming the exploitation had been recorded.
Isbell’s 20-year sentence will be followed by 15 years of supervised release. He was also ordered to pay restitution and will be required to register as a sex offender.
