Good evening, Central Florida. We’re wrapping up the day for you with the most important stories you need to know and your weather outlook.

Your Weather Planner

Due to close proximity to a frontal boundary system and instability developing across Central Florida, we still have an opportunity for an isolated shower overnight tonight with partly cloudy skies. The front itself is anticipated to pass through Friday, but as it approaches Central Florida, the front begins to break down and wet weather becomes very limited to our Friday forecast, ranging anywhere from 10% to 20%. The best chance of rainfall is near the coast.

Afternoon temperatures on Friday remain mild, in the middle and upper 70s. A moderate level for rip current risks remains along all Central Florida coastlines, with offshore waves ranging between 2 feet and 4 feet. The intracoastal waterways are anticipated to have a moderate chop.
