One person was rushed to the hospital after a multi-car crash shut down a Miami intersection early Friday.
Miami Fire Rescue says three vehicles were involved in the crash on NW 30th Avenue and NW 7th Street.
One of the cars went through a green gate and came to a rest in what appears to be a parking lot. Another suffered severe damage to its front end.
One person was taken to Ryder Trauma Center. The extent of their injuries was not immediately provided.
At least three blocks were closed to traffic.
The cause of the collision was not immediately known.
