TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Champs Chance Dog Rescue is inviting the community to help spoil its rescue dogs this holiday season through its Santa Paws for a Cause campaign.
The campaign features donation trees at several local businesses, each decorated with tags listing wish list items for individual dogs at the rescue. The lists include much-needed essential supplies, as well as toys and treats.
Kalecia Hall, a volunteer with Champs Chance, said it’s a great way to give back.
“It’s going to give a lot of these dogs who have never had the opportunity to get extra toys, extra attention, extra clothes, stuff we would like them to have but just can’t afford all the time,” Hall said. “It’s a great opportunity to give back to them.”
