Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins will suit up against the Miami Dolphins on Sunday, according to ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler.Higgins, who sustained a second concussion in three weeks against the Buffalo Bills in Week 14, missed last week against Baltimore due to being in concussion protocol.
