Upon arrival, deputies say they discovered 31-year-old Brandon Madill, who had active felony warrants out of Brevard County, including:
Written electronic threats to kill or do bodily harmTwo counts of aggravated assault with intent to commit a felonyUnlawful use of a two-way communication deviceTampering with evidenceCriminal mischief
In addition to the counts from his warrant, deputies say Madill also had cocaine on his person.
“Madill was also charged with Possession of Cocaine, because nothing says ‘holiday planning’ like adding new charges while trying to dodge old ones,” the sheriff’s office said in a post to Facebook. “Much like the Grinch discovered in Whoville, avoiding accountability is not a holiday tradition.”
