The Annual Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) is a required document by EPA under Rule 40 CFR 141.153 and is further regulated by Florida DEP under F.A.C. 62-550.824.
These rules require us to post the report on the internet and mail it to each billing customer by July 1 Â each year. The rules also encourage us to make a “good” effort to reach those consumers who drink our water but do not receive water bills.
