Larsa Pippen’s Miami-area residence blends contemporary design with inviting interiors — creating a warm and festive retreat for her family to gather for the holidays.
The “Real Housewives of Miami” star took Page Six on an exclusive tour of her Pinecrest, Fla., home after decking the art-filled halls with elegant Christmas decorations.
“For me, Christmas is really important. It’s the time [when] I can get the whole entire family under one roof,” she said, referring to the stylish pad she purchased nearly one year ago.

Larsa — who shares sons Scotty Jr., 25, Preston, 23, and Justin, 20, and daughter Sophia, 16, with ex-husband Scottie Pippen — turned to a local store to carefully curate her Yuletide aesthetic.
“I had The Christmas Palace help me design this gorgeous tree,” she said, pointing to a towering fir adorned with white and silver trimmings. “We literally sat for hours and picked out all the ornaments.”
The Christmas tree is the focal point of her open-concept living-dining room.

The Plant Guys installed an elephant bush at the entrance to bring her household good luck. Inside Larsa Pippenâs home, which was dressed up for Christmas, Dec. 5, 2025, in Pinecrest, Fla.
“This is where I love to have my morning coffee. I love to be able to look outside in the backyard. It’s super simple,” she said of her dining alcove, adding that she is a big fan of her limestone dining table.
“This table weighs probably 1,000 pounds. It took six guys to bring this in the house,” she said.
The cagey pendant droplights hanging above add an element of complexity to an otherwise simple space.
“I love these light fixtures, but I have heard people say they look like an upside-down nipple,” she laughed. “Now, I can’t unsee that.”

Sensual lighting seems to be a theme, considering the leather belt chandelier suspended above her cozy living room couch resembles something out of Rihanna’s “S&M” music video.
“I love the color. I love the rope. It kind of gives me a sexy vibe. It’s like sexy and intriguing,” she said.
Bookending her marble TV wall are two life-sized nutcracker statues standing guard. She also has another Christmas tree perched by the fireplace — a detail added for her younger family members.

“I really decorated this tree for my nieces and my nephews because I feel like they love polar bears,” she said of the stuffed animal ornaments. “And I just feel like it’s kind of cute and friendly … I wanted a tree for the kids to really enjoy.”
The sophisticated bar area, however, is designed for the adults.
“My friends normally come over before we go to dinner, and I always make them a drink at my bar,” she said, pouring her Olujo añejo tequila in a Dior rocks glass.

Below her all-glass contemporary staircase, two zig-zag bonsai trees installed by The Plant Guys create a zen environment for photo-ops with family and friends.
“I’m super proud of my bonsai trees. These are so beautiful. They make me so happy. And I just love them,” she gushed. “I feel like this is like a photo moment right here. This is where my friends and I take amazing photos.”
Other greenery livening up her foyer includes a towering olive tree, which reminds her of Greece, and a bush shaped like an elephant.

“This is Ellie, our family elephant,” she joked. “If you put an elephant by your front door, it’s supposed to bring you luck, and we’ve been pretty lucky since he moved in with us.”
The TV personality painstakingly filled the walls of her home with intentional works of art, including a Kate Moss portrait by French street artist Mr. Brainwash, a contemporary painting by Spanish artist Domingo Zapata and a depiction of Larsa herself created with thousands of Swarovski crystals by Colombian artist Mr. Bling.
“I’m not one of those people that likes to have a bunch of photos of me in my home — I feel like a home should be more about the family, not necessarily about one person,” she said, noting that she has a gallery wall on her upper level filled with special family photos.

Larsa’s kitchen, complete with marble countertops and state-of-the-art appliances, offers a sun-drenched atmosphere for cooking with her kids.
“I feel like I like to cook with Sophia, but my son Preston is more of a baker,” she shared. “He makes the best homemade cookies from scratch.”
Off her kitchen is a sleek family room where she says her household exclusively watches NBA games. (Her kids’ father is a retired Chicago Bulls player and their eldest son currently plays for the Memphis Grizzlies).

Every now and then, Larsa likes to cook in the kitchen and watch basketball while standing on a vibration plate.
“Who says you can’t do it all? Cooking, watching NBA and burning 100 calories,” she shrugged.
Larsa, 51, also likes to work up a sweat in her private fitness center, which overlooks her expansive backyard with a swimming pool and firepit setup.

“I love working out and just looking at my backyard. It just motivates me,” she said. “I feel like if you don’t work out, how are you going to be in that string bikini outside?”
This time of year, her property twinkles with fairy lights, a Christmas display and a nativity scene. But year-round, there is a large, silver geometric teddy bear statue overlooking her estate.
“This bear, I am obsessed with,” she said, adding that she had the sculpture made in Asia after dreaming up the design.

Some of her most prized possessions can be found in her luxury walk-in closet.
“This has got to be my favorite room in the house,” she said of the Oliver-designed wardrobe. “I love how organized it all is and how you can literally see every piece of jewelry that I have. I love the drawers. I love my outfits where I can see everything.”
Some of her favorite looks range from a sheer Missoni skirt set she wore for the brand’s Art Week 2025 party with Haute Living, to a Balmain dress worn on “RHOM,” along with a shimmering gown she stepped out in for BravoCon 2023.”

“Of course I have a tiara. Every princess needs one,” she said, before noting, “I might be a queen at this point.”
A fitting flourish for the Queen of Miami.
