The city and the Ocean Drive Association are teaming up to launch a massive display from the Lummus Park beachfront at the stroke of midnight. To make things even better, Ocean Drive will be a pedestrian-only paradise from December 24 through January 11, meaning over 30 local restaurants will extend their outdoor seating for additional alfresco dining.
