The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami
New Year’s Eve has always been special at the Island’s main resort, and this year’s offerings are more special with the popular spot for locals reopening this week after a $100 million renovation that is creating a wow factor to those who have visited.
This New Year’s eve, the Ritz offers two options for locals to enjoy, a deliciously quiet dinner or a gala that promises all the pomp and circumstance New year’s Eve party goers have come to expect from the Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne’s event staff, led by Scott Schaefer, Market Director of Meetings and Special Events.
A Starry Night of Italian Elegance
Luma is the resort’s new restaurant, replacing Lightkeepers, and is now offering an elegant Italian experience.
This year’s offering includes a four-course tasting menu with refined wine pairings. When the clock strikes midnight, there is a a prosecco toast and a sweet taste of panettone to welcome 2026. The cost is $295 per adult and $79 per child ages 2 – 12. Seatings are available starting at 5:30 pm up to Midnight.
Illumination: A Midnight New Year’s Garden Gala
This New Year’s Eve, step into a shimmering night beneath a canopy of crystal light. Enjoy a captivating cirque-inspired performance, dinner, and full bar flowing into midnight at the Ritz-Carlton ballroom.
For partygoers, Illumination: A Midnight New Year’s Eve Garden Gala has it all, gourmet culinary stations, open bar & midnight toast and live entertainment provided by a 7‑piece band & DJ.
Narbona
Narbona will celebrate New Year’s Eve 2026 with an elegant, festive dining experience. The evening features a carefully curated prix-fixe course menu, allowing diners to choose their favorites from each course.
The starter selections include Octopus Carpaccio, Truffle Burrata, and a fresh Heirloom Tomato Salad. For the main course, guests may choose from Beef Tenderloin, Lobster Ravioli, Chilean Sea Bass, or Pappardelle with Porcini mushrooms. The celebration concludes with a decadent dessert course, offering Crème Brûlée, Gelato with pumpkins in syrup or Almendrado Ice Cake.
The restaurant offers two seatings for the evening. The first seating runs from 6-8:30 p.m., and is priced at $75 per person. The second seating, from 9 p.m.-1:00 am, is a late-night celebration priced at $100 per person. A kids’ menu is also available for children under 10 for $35.

Novecento rings in 2026 with an Elegant New Year’s Eve Celebration in Key Biscayne.
Welcome 2026 with a festive and refined New Year’s Eve Party, with an evening of exceptional cuisine, music and celebration.
The celebration features a lively atmosphere with a DJ playing all night, festive party favors and complimentary sparkling wine served after midnight, setting the perfect tone to toast the new year in style.
Guests will enjoy a specially curated three-course New Year’s Eve menu, priced at $120 per person for the party experience, with an additional dining option featuring a New Year’s Eve prix-fixe menu at $75 per person.
The New Year’s Eve special menu offers one dish from each course. The appetizer includes Shrimp Cocktail with horseradish, and lemon zest; Lobster Dip made with Atlantic lobster. There is also Wagyu Carpaccio and Tuna Aguachile with yellowfin tuna and charred serrano and cucumber sauce.
For the main course, you can choose from Pan-Seared Yellowfin Tuna with sesame rice, or Mushroom Risotto with Grana Padano, crispy shaved garlic, and truffle oil. If you are into pasta, the Lobster Spaghetti with Atlantic lobster, large shrimp, white wine, cherry tomatoes, and lobster-lemon butter sauce is a must try Steak lovers can dig into a 10-ounce WF American Wagyu Denver steak, available with a $20 supplement, served alongside Novecento’s exclusive New Year’s Eve Lobster Truffle Mac & Cheese.
For a sweet ending, try a Brûlée Tiramisu with mascarpone mousse, cacao, ladyfingers, and espresso, or classic Flan with crème caramel, whipped cream, and lemon zest.

Toscana Mare Welcomes the New Year with Dinner and a Toast
Toscana Mare Trattoria Mediterranea is ringing 2026 with a special New Year Dinner & Toast from 5-10:00 p.m., offering guests a warm and elegant way to celebrate the occasion.
The menu features festive flavors, sparkling drinks and live music from an acoustic trio. Guests can enjoy a selection of New Year’s Eve specials, including Herb-Crusted Sea Bass, Champagne Risotto, Filet Mignon al Tartufo and Wild Mushroom Pasta. Sweet offerings include Prosecco Poached Pears served with vanilla bean gelato.

KeBo Spanish Restaurant
Welcome the New Year with delicious Mediterranean cuisine in a festive atmosphere. The KeBo Chefs have created a special menu for the night, consisting of delicious Mediterranean and Spanish dishes and special wine selection.
For larger parties, between six and eight people, there is the traditional Asturian lechóncito (oven roasted pork).

Fulano Miami
Prepare to ring in the New Year at one of Key Biscayne’s favorite neighborhood spots, serving Argentinian cuisine with soul, homemade recipes and neighbor-to-neighbor warmth.
Fulano will be open until 1 a.m. on New Year’s Eve for a special celebration, offering a curated menu for the occasion along with favorites from itsregular menu.

A Family-Friendly New Year’s Eve Dinner at Milanezza
This festive evening combines a thoughtfully crafted three-course menu with a welcoming atmosphere where adults and kids can celebrate side by side.
The culinary experience opens with a refined selection of starters, including a silky zucchini cream soup enriched with sautéed shrimp and mussels, delicate ricola carpaccio layered with melon emulsion, osetra caviar and crispy artichoke petals.
For the main course, guests may choose from hearty and elegant entrées such as a bone-in veal chop Milanese served with arugula, shaved parmesan, cherry tomatoes and herb-roasted potatoes; cavatelli with slow-braised ossobuco paired with creamy burrata; or Chilean sea bass in a pistachio crust accompanied by clams and Sardinian fregola in green sauce.
Desserts include a traditional house-made tiramisu with mascarpone, espresso and ladyfingers, or a dulce de leche cheesecake topped with salted caramel.
For the New Year’s celebration, a DJ sets the rhythm and at midnight guests can toast the new year with champagne and the symbolic twelve grapes. Children enjoy their own moment of excitement with fireworks created just for them, making the evening memorable for every age.
