Major construction milestones have been achieved at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Pompano Beach, a dual-tower residential development of 14 and 32 stories designed by Revuelta Architecture International, with structural engineering by McNamara Salvia, and developed by Fortune International Group and Oak Capital. Located along the Atlantic Ocean and A1A at 1380 South Ocean Boulevard, the project has reached significant points of progress as major exterior work across both towers wraps up and the development moves into its later stages.
Recent aerial photographs captured in late September show both the oceanfront and intracoastal towers with their façades nearly fully enclosed and exterior finishes largely complete. The Beach Tower, situated to the east, rises prominently above neighboring structures, while the Marina Tower to the west, though smaller in scale, still stands taller than surrounding buildings along the marina and appears especially prominent when viewed against the residential homes across from it.

The design of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Pompano Beach embodies a contemporary coastal aesthetic that emphasizes fluidity, lightness, and connection to its waterfront setting. Both towers feature gently curved façades wrapped in continuous floor-to-ceiling glass, creating a sleek, wave-like profile that reflects the surrounding sky and water.

A week ago, Senior Superintendent Joshua Rains of Moss Construction, the project’s general contractor, shared an update on LinkedIn announcing the completion of several major milestones, including exterior glass installation, handrail placement, stucco finishing, and the application of primer and the first coat of paint. Both tower cranes have since been dismantled, and all related exterior landscaping work has also been completed. His remarks likely reflect more advanced progress than what is pictured here.

The oceanfront tower contains 117 residences, while the intracoastal tower includes 88 residences, for a combined total of 205 homes. Together, the buildings will offer a curated collection of resort-style amenities operated by The Ritz-Carlton.
According to Condo Black Book, residences at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Pompano Beach average approximately $1,847 per square foot, reflecting the project’s positioning among South Florida’s top-tier oceanfront offerings.

Each tower’s fully finished residences include spacious floorplans, Italian-designed kitchens with top-of-the-line appliances, laundry rooms with full-size washers and dryers, walk-in closets in all primary bedrooms, and service quarters in select residences. Penthouses feature lush garden terraces, a luxurious private pool, a summer kitchen, and stunning 360-degree views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Residents will enjoy access to over 35,000 square feet of amenity space across both towers, including a private marina, oceanfront and intracoastal pools, a beach club with cabanas, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a spa and sauna, pickleball and paddle courts, and private dining rooms with catering kitchens. Additional offerings include a yacht concierge, children’s playroom, and 24-hour attended lobbies.
