Pumpkin Patch at the St. Pete Pier | Saturday, 11 a.m. – 9 p.m.; Sunday, 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.: Wander in a field of plump pumpkins, ready for picking and purchase. Bring your camera for photo ops.

Howl-O-Ween | 12 p.m.: Sparkman Wharf’s popular dog costume contest is back with categories for best dressed pup and best human-dog duo.

Fall Fest | 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.: This free, outdoor event will have live music, food trucks, artisan vendors, pumpkin painting, bounce houses, games, and more.

A Night at the Museum | 3 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. | $20: Tampa Bay History Center is hosting a night of spooky fun. Trick-or-treat through the galleries, meet costumed characters from Tampa’s past, and enjoy photo ops throughout the museum.

Fall Festival at the Visitor’s Welcome Center | 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.: Get candy, play games and purchase BOGO tickets on theme parks and attractions.

FallFest | 12 p.m. – 7 p.m. | $5: For a whole day, families can enjoy live Bluegrass and Rockabilly music, fall beer releases, a cider station, and a one-day-only pumpkin patch.

Orange Cup Regatta | 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.: Enjoy a series of powerboat races from the shores Lake Hollingsworth. Bring lawn chairs, blankets and snacks.

Junk N’ Treat – Fall Festival & Rummage Sale | 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.: Kids can enjoy face painting and a costume contest while trick-or-treating at booths and vendors. There will be home decor, crafts and a charity rummage sale. Proceeds benefit Citrus County Blessings & Family Resource Center.

2025 CASA Step Up For Survivors Walk | 10:30 a.m. | $10: October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Participate in a short walk to remember both survivors and victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Refreshments will be included.

Citrus County YMCA Triathlon Event | 7 a.m. | $45+: Kids can test their skills in this USAT-sanctioned triathlon. Athletes are required to bring a swimsuit, goggles, running shoes, bicycle and helmet to participate. All participants will receive an event t-shirt, swim cap, goodie bag and participation medal.
