There are two ways that the Jaguars can clinch the division title in Week 18, either by defeating the Tennessee Titans or if Houston loses to Indianapolis.
With the Texans holding the tie-breaker over the Jaguars, if the two teams finish with the same record, Houston would win the division.

The Jaguars are the three seed at the moment, but remain in the mix for the conference’s top playoff spot. To claim that position, the Jaguars need three things to happen.

Denver has to lose to the Chargers.
New England has to lose to Miami.
Both Denver and New England are currently 13-3 — one game ahead of the Jaguars.
