All northbound lanes of the Florida Turnpike have been shut down just north of Sunrise Boulevard in Broward County after a deadly crash early Monday morning, according to officials.
According to Florida Highway Patrol, the deadly crash occurred around 2 a.m. in the Lauderhill area.
FHP said all drivers are being told to exit at Sunrise Boulevard because of the crash.
No other information was released.
