ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WFLA)— A St. Petersburg man was arrested after stealing a person’s winning lottery ticket, an arrest report said.

Norman Isaac, 41, was arrested after he was caught on video going through the victim’s wallet and taking their $1,000 winning lottery ticket, the arrest affidavit said.

Isaac is then seen on camera trying to cash the ticket.

According to the arrest report, the clerk realized it was the ticket sold to the victim two days prior due to the lot number and checked the camera, which revealed the crime.

During the arrest, Isaac also had 2 blocks of crack cocaine and three grams of powder cocaine packaged in six individual bags, the St. Petersburg Police Department announced.

Isaac was arrested and charged with grand theft and possession of a controlled substance.
