SWIG to open Fort Myers location
LQ Commercial recently announced the nation’s original dirty soda brand, SWIG, is officially making its way to Southwest Florida with its first Fort Myers location at 13401 Summerlin Road, Suite #1. The 1,200-square-foot shop marks the brand’s Fort Myers debut and the next step in SWIG’s journey, bringing with it a fan-favorite beverage concept that’s been taking the Country by storm. The new location is expected to open in the first quarter of 2026.
From its first Florida location in November 2024, SWIG is growing across central, west central and Southwest Florida. Dirty sodas have been quietly bubbling as a menu addition at dessert shops and even quick service restaurants.
“Many people are turning to dirty sodas as their new way to get a caffeine boost, and SWIG has made this an exciting experience,” said Jessica McEvoy, senior associate of LQ Commercial. “The brand’s rise in popularity has mirrored the kind of growth Starbucks saw in its early years – it has become a cultural phenomenon, and Fort Myers is ready to join in.”
