Leasing is underway at Centro City Residences, a residential building from Terra located at 3830 NW 11th Street. The building’s completion marks progress on phase one of the Centro City master plan that will deliver a retail district, several multifamily residential projects, green spaces and a charter school to Miami’s West Little Havana neighborhood.
Centro City Residences offers studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments starting at $2,400 per month. Amenities include a fitness center, yoga and spinning studios and on-site parking with electric vehicle charging stations. At the club level, the community features two resort-style pools with cabanas.
“Centro City Residences reflects Terra’s commitment to creating thoughtfully designed communities that integrate seamlessly into their surroundings,” said David Martin, CEO of Terra. “Its location at the crossroads of Miami’s most vibrant neighborhoods — steps from cultural landmarks, top schools and expansive green spaces — offers residents a unique balance of connectivity, lifestyle and opportunity. By combining quality architecture with proximity to transit, education and recreation, we are fostering a model for sustainable urban living that enhances the broader community.”
Further plans for phase one of Centro City’s construction include a retail zone anchored by a Target, while phase two, set to begin in 2026, will add 518 units of housing.
