FaverGray recently delivered Aperture at UCF, a 204-unit, 680-bed student housing community located in Orlando, Florida, just minutes from the University of Central Florida.

Completed for Toll Brothers Apartment Living, Aperture represents a significant addition to the growing UCF housing market, providing students with a vibrant, resort-style living experience.

The project was designed to enhance student life and foster connection through modern, community-driven spaces.
