With the regular season now in the rearview mirror for the Jacksonville Jaguars, we know who they will be facing in the AFC wildcard round of the playoffs.

With Sunday’s win over the Tennessee Titans, the Jaguars clinched the AFC South title and retained the three seed in the conference.

With some help from the LA Chargers and/or the Miami Dolphins, the Jaguars could have moved up to either the one or two seed; however, both Denver and New England would win those matchups.

So the Broncos earned the one seed and the bye, while the Patriots are the two seed and the Jaguars the three seed.

This means that the Jaguars will host the AFC’s No. 6 seed, which ended up being the Buffalo Bills.

The Bills finished the season with a record of 12-5. The Buffalo offense ranks sixth in points per game on offense and 13th in points per game allowed on defense.

The Jaguars will enter the playoffs on an eight-game winning streak and possess one of the hottest offenses in football over the second half of the season, led by Trevor Lawrence.

The Jacksonville defense also continues to generate turnovers at a high rate and keep points off the board.
