AND ALSO ON THE WEST SIDE, A SKYLINE BOULEVARD, THE CONTRACT WOULD COST UP TO $378,000. THE MONEY WILL COME FROM A STATE TRANSPORTATION GRANT AND NOT OUR TAX DOLLARS. Cape Coral city officials are expected to approve a contract Wednesday to add sidewalks to both sides of Andalusia Boulevard and the west side of Skyline Boulevard, aiming to improve safety for pedestrians and cyclists.The contract, which will cost up to $378,000, will be funded by a state transportation grant, not local tax dollars.
