London then got into a vehicle and fled the area, according to documents.Court documents detail another witness’s account of the shooting, the daughter of the suspect and wife of the victim.The witness said she had not spoken to London, her father, in several months due to past family issues. She advised that there had been a verbal dispute in the past between the suspect and the victim around July 2025. Since then, she and the victim have not been in contact with London, who has not been invited to or present at any other family gathering prior to this.With the information provided by witnesses, officers of the Orlando Police Department were able to track down London’s vehicle and arrest him during a traffic stop in the area of U.S. Highway 27 and Grand Prix Drive in Highlands County, Florida.London is held without bond outside of Central Florida after he was arrested during a traffic stop in Highlands County.In this case, London is charged with homicide in the first degree with a firearm and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.London was previously arrested and convicted of homicide in 1985 and was convicted subsequently in the same year for aggravated battery.
