Child, 3, drowns in SW Miami-Dade – NBC 6 South Florida

An investigation is underway in Southwest Miami-Dade on Saturday after a child drowned, deputies said.

According to the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office, deputies arrived at 11931 SW 132 Ave. after receiving reports of a drowning.

While details remain limited, deputies said the child was 3 years old.
