Months after his separation, it appears Orlando Bloom has a new love interest. The Pirates of the Caribbean actor was recently seen partying in Sin City with Sofia Vergara. Both celebrities are single and, according to rumors, ready to mingle, with each other.
Orlando and Katy Perry separated over the summer while the Modern Family actress finalized her divorce to Joe Manganiello in February 2024. Orlando has one daughter with Katy, a five-year-old named Daisy. Sofia has one son with her first husband, Joe Gonzalez.

Pictures can tell a thousand stories, and the ones of Orlando and Sofia in Las Vegas suggest the two may be dating. None of that has been confirmed despite the speculation. However, Sofia might be Orlando’s perfect type. “He (Orlando) likes voluptuous, super-attractive women who have single-handedly made massive fortunes seemingly out of thin air,” an insider tells RadarOnline.
Sofia seems to fit that description, with a reported net worth of over $150 million. She’s built her financial empire not just through her Modern Family fame but also through her entertainment company, Latin World Entertainment.
Friends of Orlando’s, though, are said to be cautioning him against pursuing a relationship with Sofia. Reports suggest they believe she is out of his league. They say he should avoid embarrassment because of this. The Colombian continuously wows people with her looks, including a lacy top, which turned heads last month.
Some insiders believe that Sofia is holding out for someone with a bigger bank account than Orlando. Sources say Sofia is aiming to follow a similar path to Salma Hayek and Lauren Sanchez, both of whom are married to billionaires. Orlando’s net worth is said to be around $40 million.
Katy, meanwhile, has already reportedly moved on since the breakup with Orlando. She is said to be dating former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. Sofia’s new movie, Thumb, is currently filming, as is the comedy Wizards, which features Orlando.
