ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WFLA) — This March, the nation’s largest touring reggae festival returns to downtown St. Petersburg.

From March 12-15, Reggae Rise Up Florida returns to Vinoy Park, with this year’s lineup reflecting a mix of iconic headliners and rising voices that showcase the festival’s decades of growth.

The festival opens Thursday, March 12, with Slightly Stoopid, joined by hip-hop legends Cypress Hill, making their Florida edition debut. Also joining them will be fan favorites Pepper and special guests Roots of Creation and Rhythm-Inya.

On Friday, the celebration continues with headlining sets from festival staples Iration and SOJA. Joining them will be hometown heroes The Hip Abduction. Yelawolf, Skip Marley, Satsang and Rik Jam will also perform.

Saturday will feature Rebelution headlining. Fans can also look forward to sets from Protoje, The Expendables, Tribal Seeds, Ballyhoo!, Kash’d Out and more.

The festival will close Sunday with a performance by Sublime, one of the scene’s most influential bands. They will be joined by Steel Pulse, Little Stranger, Common Kings, G. Love & Special Sauce, along with a few other artists.
