Blue Man Group's Orlando resident show opens in May

After postponing their return not once but twice, Blue Man Group is officially coming back to Orlando.

The new resident production opens May 1 at Icon Park and will include both classic Blue Man Group routines and brand-new material created specifically for Orlando, according to a release.

Performances will take place in the newly built Blue Man Theater, set to offer audiences a mix of music, movement, humor and interactive visuals. The production promises a high-energy, multi-sensory experience aimed at engaging guests of all ages.

The Orlando residency marks the latest stop in the group’s long-running career of live performances, which have reached millions of fans worldwide since their 1991 debut in New York City.

Tickets go on sale Friday, Jan. 16, at 10 a.m. and can be purchased through blueman.com.
