A Miami-Dade man was arrested with the help of a cyber tip after he allegedly uploaded child pornography images, authorities said.
Raul Ricardo De La Rosa Yera, 57, was arrested Tuesday on three counts of possessing images depicting the sexual performance of a child, Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office officials said.

According to an arrest report, authorities received a cyber tip in 2024 about a person uploading child pornography and the user was later determined to be De La Rosa Yera.
A search warrant was executed and he was found with multiple images depicting children, including one believed to be under the age of six, the report said.
“This is the type of crime that we take very very serious,” Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office spokesman Angel Rodriguez said. “These images are not only illegal but extremely disturbing.”
De La Rosa Yera was arrested and booked into jail. He later appeared before a judge who set his bond at $7,500.
