Good morning, Central Florida. Here’s what you need to know today.
Your Weather Planner
A much drier start to our commute on Friday, but some of the coldest air we’ve experienced since November has arrived. This morning many of us are waking up in the 20s and 30s feeling more like the low to mid-20s across the region. Under abundant sunshine, we will warm up throughout the afternoon as wind subside following yesterday‘s front. We’ll top out in the mid- and upper 50s, but that sun will make it feel more like the low and mid-60s.
Heading into Saturday, winds will shift around out of the south providing a very quick warm-up to the sunshine state. Highs return to the upper 60s and low 70s under a partly cloudy sky. By Sunday, a new front arrives, providing a chance of a few showers along with another substantial cooldown. Expect lows back near freezing Sunday night in the Monday morning, with highest returning to the 50s by Monday.
