A 70-year-old woman died after riding Revenge of the Mummy at Universal Studios Florida, a recently released state report said.

The incident occurred on the 25th November, 2025. The unnamed woman became “unresponsive” on Revenge of the Mummy and then later passed away at the hospital, according to the quarterly theme park injury reported released by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.

This isn’t Revenge of the Mummy’s first tragic event. Months after it officially opened back in 2004, a man died after falling from the loading platform onto the tracks. The death was ruled as an accident.

The woman’s death is the second Universal Orlando fatality within a few months. Kevin Rodriguez Zavala died at hospital after being found unresponsive on Stardust Racers at Universal’s Epic Universe.
