To the editor:
Ever since World War II when Germany crossed the borders of Europe, Russia (USSR) became extremely paranoid. Even though Russia spans 11 time zones they want more: Witness Georgia, Ukraine, inroads into Belarus and Hungary.
And how about our president: Changing the name of the Gulf of Mexico, shoring up the Gov. of Brazil, Venezuela, threatening Cuba and, of course, buying Greenland.
USA control of Greenland would in all probability shatter NATO, This is opening the door to Russia to control Europe.
At this point we have three powers:
1) Putin in Europe
2) China in Asia/Africa/India
3) Trump in the Western Hemisphere.
Is Tump in Putin’s pocket? It has been suggested!
