Little Radical Theatrics is thrilled to present its Fall 2025 production of Footloose at the Jim and Alexis Pugh Theater at the Doctor Phillips Center for the Performing Arts!

Kick off your Sunday shoes when this musical adaptation of the 1984 classic film takes the stage for three nights.

When big city teenager Ren moves to a small town, he finds that wide open spaces sometimes come with very narrow minds. As the town copes with a tragedy, the influential Reverend Moore has banned dancing and rock music. Pretty soon, Ren is the rebel with a cause, winning over the hearts (and feet) of the whole community.

Full of high-energy dancing and singing, Footloose is packed with hits from the bestselling Oscar-nominated soundtrack like “Almost Paradise,” “Let’s Hear It for the Boy,” “Holding Out for a Hero” and “Footloose.” This  musical celebrates the exhilaration of youth, the wisdom of listening to one another and the power of forgiveness.
