January 27, 2026 – The Pasadena Yacht and Country Club in Gulfport is renovating its golf course, installing floating docks at its marina and constructing a 14,000-square-foot wellness center staffed by physicians, physical therapists and personal trainers. Dr. Jeff Paonessa owns the yacht and country club at 6300 Pasadena Point Blvd., and expects the $18 million renovation and expansion project to conclude in November 2027. The longevity-focused wellness facility will also feature a golf performance center with simulators.
