Amazónico, the acclaimed Latin American-inspired restaurant, bar, and lounge originally launched in Madrid in 2016 by Sandro Silva and Marta Seco and expanded globally to London, Dubai, and Monte-Carlo, made its highly anticipated U.S. debut in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood on September 26, 2025, at 800 Brickell Avenue, transforming a three-floor venue into a multi-sensory destination that channels 1970s Brazilian vibes with lush, jungle-inspired design by Lázaro Rosa Violán featuring deep greens, volcanic stone, tropical woods, woven textures, and modernist Latin American influences. The ground-floor restaurant offers indoor and open-air dining with an open kitchen, live bands nightly on stage, and a shareable menu rooted in Brazilian traditions reinterpreted through refined dishes like Ensalada Amazónica with mango and avocado, Arroz Chaufa with duck breast, Lubina Al Espeto sea bass over open fire, Picanha Rodizio, Wagyu de Bife, and Miami-exclusive highlights such as Centollo con Caviar (king crab with nikkei dressing) and Guacho de Langostinos prawns in coconut bisque.

Ascending via mirrored staircase, the second floor houses a vibrant Bar & Lounge with resident DJs and percussionists, bold cocktails like Sangria Blanca, Amazonegroni, Palomito, and Peacock Spritz in signature glassware, an intimate sushi counter for crudos, nigiri, and makis, plus private dining for up to 14; the third-floor rooftop, which opened in October 2025, provides seductive skyline views with the full cocktail menu, while a luxurious late-night club inspired by Monte-Carlo’s Selva debuted in November as a separate jungle-themed nightlife hideaway open late on select nights. Curated by Group Sommelier Vincent Pastorello, the wine list celebrates Spanish heritage, South American diversity from Argentina and Chile, iconic French regions, and global New World selections to complement the vibrant, connective experience that perfectly aligns with Miami’s cultural rhythm and energy.
