The charges against Davis include false imprisonment, battery, and attempted kidnapping. It all stems from an investigation into an incident at a Miami Gardens gentlemen’s club on Oct. 27. As a result of his arrest, Davis’ bond has been set at $16,000 per the latest report from TMZ. Davis is alleged to have accosted an ex at the club, as the woman said he “grabbed her by the back of her head, pulling her by the hair with one hand and by her throat with another.”

She also claims he forced her into a parking garage away from the public before eventually releasing her. Notably, this is the same woman whose lawsuit against Davis imploded his Jake Paul paycheck, creating the opening that eventually allowed Anthony Joshua to step in and knock out “The Problem Child.”

Davis will have his day in court, but police have revealed that video evidence corroborates the victim’s story.
