Historically cold air is expected in Central Florida on Saturday due to a cold front that is passing through the area this afternoon, Spectrum News 13 meteorologist Katie Garch said.

The coldest air will arrive this evening, Garch said. Windy conditions will contribute to temperatures falling before freezing after midnight.

Feels like temperatures will be in the teens and single digits throughout the area, Garch said. A freeze warning is in effect for all of Central Florida.

The high today will be 56 degrees and the low will be 27 degrees.
