Guests will be guided step-by-step through rolling and cutting three classic maki rolls:
Traditional California Roll, Spicy Tuna Roll, and a Tempura Shrimp Roll.

Chef-led instruction focuses on proper rice handling, nori placement, rolling technique, and clean knife cuts. Each guest prepares and enjoys their own rolls.
