  • February 2, 2026

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – A manager with the Hunter’s Creek Community Association has been arrested on child porn charges, and Orange County deputies are asking the public to come forward with any information about concerning interactions he may have had in the community, according to a news release.

Authorities said 56-year-old Steven Craig Logan, who served as the association’s Recreation and Special Events Department Manager until his arrest, was found in possession of explicit child pornography photos and videos. Detectives emphasized that they do not believe any local children were depicted in the material.

In addition to the child pornography material, deputies said in an arrest affidavit they also discovered multiple surveillance video clips within a Dropbox account that appeared to be recorded in various Hunters Creek Community Association areas, including parking lots, the front entrance, and bathroom areas, and contained footage of children who accessed or visited the facilities.

Detectives additionally found numerous videos created using a “Discreet Camera App,” which appeared to show juvenile boys between 15 and 17 years old who volunteer, work, or participate in sports for the association. The videos appeared to have been recorded without the boys’ knowledge, and many were focused on their genital area.

According to the release, deputies are urging anyone who may have had a troubling encounter with Logan — particularly involving children — to contact the Orange County Sheriff’s Office at 407-836-4357.

Deputies said Logan faces 20 counts of unlawful possession of material depicting sexual performance by a child.
