JACKSONVILLE, Onslow County — A 19-year-old Jacksonville man has been arrested on multiple indecent exposure charges following incidents reported at a local restaurant.

According to arrest warrants, Jacksonville police arrested Anthony Gerald Baldwin Jr. on Monday, Feb. 2, 2026.

Baldwin faces two counts of felony indecent exposure involving a minor and one count of misdemeanor indecent exposure.

Warrants allege Baldwin exposed himself in a public place at the Cook Out restaurant located at 407 Marine Blvd. in Jacksonville. The alleged incidents occurred in the presence of two juveniles, both 16 years old, as well as one adult.

Baldwin remains held without bond at the Onslow County Detention Center.

Online court records show Baldwin is currently on pretrial release in several other Onslow County cases, including charges related to second-degree forcible rape, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, felony fleeing to elude arrest, additional traffic offenses, and possession of marijuana up to one-half ounce.

Baldwin is scheduled to make his next court appearance on Wednesday, Feb. 4.
