JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Department of Justice is announcing indictments against the Chinese nationals accused in the marriage fraud scheme with Jacksonville Navy sailors.

At least two Jacksonville service members have pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit marriage fraud after federal officials said they were paid to marry Chinese nationals who wanted legal status.
