ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. — A 28-year-old Tallahassee man was arrested with Spice and a stolen gun during a traffic stop in Escambia County, according to the sheriff’s office.
Vonderrekus Paden is charged with possession of Spice with intent to distribute and possession of a stolen firearm.
The traffic stop took place on Hansen Boulevard.
“Deputies observed the vehicle coming from the Washburn Center. The driver attempted to avoid the traffic stop by pulling into the yard of residents he did not know,” the sheriff’s office says.
Paden is currently being held in Escambia County Jail without bond.
