The sale of Northside Square, a three-story office building at 29399 U.S. Highway 19 N., Clearwater, closed Jan. 23 for a price of $5.8 million. Built in 1986, the property features 49,944 heated square feet and sits on 3.12 acres of land located on a high-traffic corridor between Countryside Mall and Curlew Road.
The building is 96% leased with tenants including the Pinellas County Tax Collector, which occupies space on multiple floors, Benchmark Consulting, Castle Roofing & Construction and Home Team Vacation Rentals.
Amenities include banking and multiple dining options within walking distance of the property, signage opportunities and 158 surface parking spaces.
Melrose Solomon Enterprises, a real estate investment firm based in Tenafly, NJ with office, retail and industrial properties in the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic and Southeast, had purchased the building in 2022 for $1.93 million.
The buyer, with an address care of Bridgeview Investments, LLC in Clearwater, made the purchase under the registered name 29399 U.S. Hwy 19, LLC.
