Traffic alert: Parts of Westshore Boulevard closed due to water main break

TAMPA, Fla. — Parts of South Westshore Boulevard in Tampa is closed Tuesday morning due to a water main break.

The Tampa Police Department announced on X just after 12:30 a.m. that the water main break is impacting the area of Westshore Boulevard between  West Fair Oaks Avenue and West Alline Avenue.

Drivers are recommended to take West Fair Oaks Avenue to South Manhattan Avenue to get to Gandy Blvd.
