CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – No. 23 University of North Carolina women’s soccer (10-5, 4-3 ACC) wraps up their road swing with a match at Miami (6-8-2, 0-7-1 ACC) Thursday evening. The Tar Heels and Hurricanes are set for a 7 p.m. kickoff on ACCNX.
The Matchup
UNC is set to travel to Miami for the first time since 2022 where the Tar Heels topped the Hurricanes 4-0.
The Tar Heels own an 18-2 all-time record against the Miami Hurricanes. UNC heads into the matchup on a 13-game winning streak against Miami.
Carolina will face Miami on the road for the 11th time in program history. The only two losses the Tar Heels have recorded against Miami have come on the road.
UNC and Miami last met in 2023 where UNC posted a 1-0 shutout win over the Hurricanes.
The Tar Heels have outscored the Hurricanes 61-9 across their previous meetings.
