Call for service at apartment complex prompts Port St. Lucie police response

PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. (CBS12) — The Port St. Lucie Police Department is currently at the scene of an apartment complex following a call for service on Thursday.

According to PSLPD, the call for service came from the Terraces of the Square Apartments in the area of 2059 Southeast Hillmore Drive.

Residents are asked to avoid the area while the investigation is being conducted.

Police say at this time there is no active threat to the public.
