On select Saturdays March-June 2026, Shaken & Stirred: Cocktail Classes will return to The Edison in Disney Springs.

Shaken and Stirred at The Edison

The Edison is a dining location in The Landing at Disney Springs designed to look like a 1920s electric company. It is known for its eclectic atmosphere and craft cocktails. According to their website,

The Saturday Shaken & Stirred series offers intimate, hands-on classes led by a private bartender, where you’ll explore premium spirits, learn cocktail-making techniques, and enjoy tastings with a light lunch. Designed for both beginners and enthusiasts, each session blends education and fun.

Only 10 spots are available per class, and April 25 is already sold out for parties of one. You can book directly through The Edison online. Tickets are $120 each, and a 20% gratuity is included in the price.
