One person has been arrested in connection with the shooting. Jacksonville Police say they arrested Marissa Teubner, 23, of Jacksonville.
Teubner is charged with homicide-first degree and aggravated discharge of a firearm, she was taken to the Morgan County Jail.

31-year-old Marcquila Harris was pronounced deceased at Jacksonville Memorial Hospital.
The investigation is ongoing. An autopsy is scheduled for Monday.
