The Arcadian, which celebrated its grand opening in January, is a mixed-use development that brings high-quality, attainable housing and commercial space to one of Fort Lauderdale’s most historic neighborhoods. Developed by Fuse Group and KREA Developments, the project features two eight-story buildings with 502 units, including studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom residences.
The development includes approximately 15,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space to support small businesses and entrepreneurs, plus a parking garage with 629 spaces. A total of 151 units are designated as high-quality attainable housing, including residences reserved for qualified tenants earning 100% to 120% of the area median income.
Developer Eyal Peretz, founder and CEO of Fuse Group, said Midorie fits the vision for the Sistrunk District. Opening hours and the full menu will be announced closer to the June opening.
