PLANTATION, Fla. — Police officers asked the public for help on Wednesday after a 16-year-old boy vanished in Plantation.

Jamari Oshae Hicks, a runaway, vanished on Monday morning in the area of 8200 Cleary Boulevard, according to the Plantation Police Department.

Jamari, who has black hair and brown eyes, is 5-feet, 8-inches tall and weighs about 130 pounds, according to police. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans.

Detectives asked anyone with information about Jamari’s whereabouts to call 954-797-2100.
