The long-awaited Central Park St. Pete is nearing its opening at 551 Central Avenue. The five-level food hall and nightlife destination announced that two of its eight concepts will begin offering takeout and delivery on Thursday, February 19, which is the biggest milestone yet since Hi Hospitality Group took over the space more than two years ago. Palm Avenue Deli and Constellation will both be open from 5-10 pm beginning this Thursday.

While it isn’t a full grand opening of the entire building, this will be St. Pete’s first look inside the long-awaited project. Central Park has not yet announced a full opening date, but the combination of beginning operations in the kitchens, going through significant recent hiring phases, and opening their doors to the public for the first time indicates that we likely aren’t far off from getting to explore most of the space. Read below for what to expect at Central Park St. Pete once everything is open.

Central Park St. Pete will house a variety of concepts, mixing quick-service food hall dining with individual restaurant and bar experiences spread throughout its five levels, from basement to rooftop. The development is being opened by Sarasota-based Hi Hospitality Group, and many of the concepts heading to the modern food hall are proven stars across the Skyway Bridge. That said, they won’t be carbon copies, and several of the concepts are brand new. The entire building, from the basement to the rooftop, will have its own beverage director and culinary director. This team is bringing serious food and drink to St. Pete.

Here are 14 concepts that will be a part of Central Park:

Kojo – An award-winning modern Asian restaurant now open in downtown Sarasota. Offerings include steak, seafood, small plates, sushi, noodles, sashimi, and craft cocktails.

Bar Hana – A tropical rooftop bar and offshoot of Kojo that’s set to be a standout at Central Park. Expect rum-forward cocktails and creative takes on tiki classics.

Meadows Ice Cream – A small-batch ice cream shop on the second floor.

Palm Avenue Deli – A modern New York-style deli serving everything from matzo ball soup, Reuben sandwiches, and New York cheesecakes to bagels, pancakes, and latkes.

Constellation Burger – A craft burger and sandwich spot featuring creative recipes and buns baked fresh daily, with seafood and vegetarian options also on the menu.

Strawberry Fields – A health-conscious option offering bowls, smoothies, salads, and more.

Don Ricardo’s Taqueria – A fast-casual destination for tacos and burritos packed with bold flavors and lively spices.

Park Pie Pizza

Speaks Pasta – A fresh pasta concept from the Speaks Clam Bar, “celebrating saucy combinations and roaring good times.”

Kojo Wok – Kojo Wok brings Asian street food to St. Pete, with an upscale Kojo twist.

The Winfield – A high-end cocktail parlor

Central Bar – The anchor bar for the Central Park project

27 North – A specialty bar offering frozen cocktails

Worth – An apparel and goods shop offering whimsical, inspiring lifestyle gifts
