TGH Innovation Week featured big names, like Jeb Bush

Tampa General Hospital recently hosted its annual TGH Innovation Week in partnership with USF Health, drawing more than 5,000 attendees across 62 events.

Themed “Inspire. Empower. Practice.,” the week highlighted cutting-edge health care innovation through speakers, workshops and live demonstrations.

Notable moments included a ribbon-cutting of the 32,000-square-foot TGH Innovation Center in Ybor City and a fireside chat with former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush. Top speakers included the likes of celebrity chef Geoffrey Zakarian and GE Health Care’s Catherine Estrampes.

The event reinforced the Tampa Bay region’s growing reputation as a global hub for health care innovation and life sciences.
